Career Champions

Winona State University’s Career Services aimed to develop an innovative Career Champion Program and sought a dynamic visual identity to engage its target audience effectively. Tasked with this creative challenge, we embarked on a project to craft a logo and visual system that would resonate with graduating seniors, aiding their transition into the professional world while appealing to the faculty and staff administering the program.

The project began with a productive Q&A session with DeAnna, our main client, where we gathered crucial insights about her vision, the program’s values, and her preferences in logo design. Armed with this knowledge, my partner and I engaged in thorough research and gathered a wealth of references to inform our design process.
